ClickBank Customer Service Wesbsite UX Update

ClickBank is an eCommerce and Affiliate Marketing platform. It empowers entrepreneurs and brands across the globe to grow, scale, and reach customers by enabling Affiliate Marketing, Affiliate Management, Integrated Payments, and Analytics for a vast array of businesses and services.

As Interaction Design Manager at ClickBank, I worked collaboratively as the UI/UX Designer with product managers, front-end developers, and back-end Java engineers on new and ongoing product development efforts for the ClickBank SaaS Platform. I lead the design of the platform user experience, user interface, and front-end design and helped manage members responsible for front-end development. UI/UX Mockups were typically linked inside User Stories with full UX Notes and Acceptance Criteria which were used by Java Developers to deliver updates and enhancements to the ClickBank platform of applications.

Projects ranged from designing responsive, white-labeled credit card payment forms, to sales-funnel enablement, to both Admin and Consumer-level platform enhancements that enabled customers to manage their accounts and product offerings. Development was on a continuous-delivery schedule and MVP features would be pushed into production every Thursday. The UI/UX and Product teams leveraged this quick turnaround to A/B test our designs against real user-groups often pushing 60-40 traffic splits to gauge effectiveness of designs and functionality of the feature. Adobe Omniture was used to collect metrics and analytics data which ClickBank used internally but also provided to customers to hone sales funnels and iterate on product features.
