Mortgage Cadence Borrower Center (BC)

The Borrower Center (BC) application project was a total redesign of the point-of-sale (POS) consumer portal. BC is offered to MCP Customers as a paid service. BC is a fully-white labeled application, designed to be custom skinned and branded by the client/customer via an Admin-level WYSIWYG theme editor.

BC enables potential borrowers to Initiate, complete and submit new loan applications. Once submitted, authenticated borrowers with existing loan applications can use a consumer dashboard to track the progress of their application, invite additional borrowers to the process, upload documents, communicate with Loan Officers, Processors, etc.
